Hi, I'm JoAnne Lenart-Weary. For over 40 years, I have had the pleasure of being a Color, Decorating, Styling, & Staging Expert. In the 1970's, I earned my Real Estate License. I instictively knew that my listings would sell more quickly and possibly for more dollars, if I paid attention to the aesthetics and emotion of the space. I blended my interior decorating talents, with my understanding of human reactions to color, texture, & placement, and insights to the real estate world, to give my listings the "JoAnne Touch." Little did I know that my special services were similar to a new and growing industry, Home Staging, that became an additional service to my existing Interior Decorating business. My talents opened doors, which led to appearances on HGTV, ABC, and regional stations, as well as becoming published in various magazines and journals. I also understood the power of marketing and earned my Guerillia Marketing Certification.

As I gained experience and knowledge, I began getting requests for training. In 1999, I launched the Decorating & Staging Academy. Now owned by Sandra Racz, I still am part of the training team. I love helping others turn their talents into beautiful rooms and successful careers. In 2023, I launched The Decorating Clubs. These are membership groups for those who love decorating.
