Gina got her start in the home staging industry back in 2005 when current RESA CEO, Shell Brodnax, convinced her to 'Just come have lunch; we'll have Taco Bell'. Don't judge! Gina has always had a passion for real estate, construction, and decorating, and since that first day has held many positions that have allowed her to serve and better the industry.Most precious to her was her experience working very closely with CEO, Barb Schwarz, credited with putting the home staging industry on the map.
Gina is responsible for helping RESA achieve its goals and objectives. She communicates, and implements RESA?s vision, mission, and overall direction to staff and volunteer leadership. She identifies and implements resources for leadership development. She provides oversight of staff and the volunteer leadership with day-to-day operations and evaluates for productivity, solving internal issues as they arise. She also evaluates the success of projects and programs and makes adjustments when needed. As Vice President of Operations, she reports to the CEO.
