With multiple designations and over fifteen years of experience in the staging industry, Tracy Molendi has spoken both locally and internationally on the topic.  She is a Certified Home Staging Expert (CHSE), a Real Estate Staging Professional (RESP), a RESA-Pro, a Staging Mentor and a leader in the Real Estate Staging Association.  She has co-authored a staging book, Home Staging: The Power That Sells Real Estate.  In 2018 she was the recipient of RESA’s Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging award.  She is the creator of the educational program, Professionally Presented Properties, which teaches both Realtors and sellers how to increase their profits and shorten their time on market through the use of staging as a Marketing Tool.  Her company, Simply Organized & Staged, has grown to be the largest Staging Company in her area.  Tracy is known for putting her clients at ease and taking the stress out of the process of preparing a home for market and giving her clients an unfair advantage over their competition.
