After working in real estate for the past several years, I became certified as an Expert Psychological Stager(TM) in 2014 in order to better serve my real estate clients. After staging several of my own listings and those of friends, I opened Love at First Sight Staging, LLC (TM). In 2016, I also was certified as a Professional Home Stager and Redesigner by Home Staging Resource (HSR). It is so exciting to see a dark, dated home become a show-stopper due to homeowners' following my consultation advice and through hands-on staging! In 2018, I also was certified as a True Colour Expert (TM) by Maria Killam and now love being able to help homeowners and realtors with color choices. Fifty percent of all paint that is sold is due to mistakes caused by choosing the wrong undertones!

Some of my staging clients also ask me to make that same magical appeal happen in their new homes so they can love it everyday. Redesigning is a great way to refresh a home using the homeowner's own belongings. Since early 2020, I have done many additional staging and redesign consultations by FaceTime and/or Zoom. 

Having recently relocated to the Upstate of South Carolina, I am enjoying helping homeowners and realtors in this area and throughout the state of South Carolina. I am a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), a founding member and treasurer of RESA- Broward (FL) Chapter, Past RESA Florida State President and a member of the RESA Professional and Development Committee. I'm also a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR). 

I'm originally from a small town in North Carolina (Tar Heel, population 40!), and have a BA in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
