My name is Lia Rogers. I am the owner and principal Stager (R) of Reinvention Intentions LLC.

I began my passion for re-design and staging over 20 years ago when I would assist and consult family and friends when they were looking for a change in their home aesthetics, or were putting their property on the market and looking to sell quickly and for a profit. Reinvention Intentions LLC was founded to meet the growing demands of top realtors who realized the value of incorporating Staging into their marketing strategy, home sellers who gained from their homes reduced days on market, and homebuyers who benefitted from a turn- key property.

As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), my skills and areas of expertise include Consultations, Vacation Rental Design, Occupied Home Staging, Vacant Home Staging, New Construction Consultation and Design, Detailing, de-cluttering, depersonalizing and preparing a seller's home to give it a new look.

My affiliations include International Association of Home Staging Professionals, ASP, and RESA, President RESA Delaware Valley Chapter.

      My hobbies and interests include traveling with my husband, reading, antiquing, refinishing furniture, golfing, and shopping.
