HI! My name is Melanie Joas. I am a Wifey, Mom, Designer, Stager, & Realtor®. My husband David is a Home Renovator and Realtor® with the Advisory Group/eXp. We are a team! My husband and I have been buying, designing, and flipping homes for 15+ years. The most recent project of our own personal home we purchased in Shorewood, MN that was going into foreclosure. We helped prevent our friends from losing their home and decided to make it our own. We are in the process of a full home remodel to include the kitchen, all the bathrooms, refinishing the floors, and finishing the basement. Let's not forget the exterior aesthetics. So much work but a lot of fun along the way!! How do we find the time to do what we do? We have many helping hands that are a part of our business.

We have lived all over the twin cities and have moved close to 15+ times. We have two teens, Gracie and Jonah. Gracie is 17 and she works with us on our staging/design team (she paints murals and is being mentored by a local artist) and loves helping her Dad with demo on the remodel side as well. Our son is 15 and he too loves helping out with the family business and has a huge passion for Lacrosse. We also have two pups Vinnie and Mia that we love taking to the dog park.
