What to Expect as a Mentor
  • Matched with up to five mentees at a time based on availability.
  • 1:1 or small-group mentorship for personalized support.
  • Communication support via the RESA® App + shared mentor/mentee forum.
  • Six-month mentorship cycles with rolling cohorts during the year.
  • Access to session templates—plus freedom to craft your own themes and structure.
Qualifications to Become a RESA® Mentor

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of active experience in home staging.
  • Proven success (portfolio quality, leadership experience) and financial stability.
  • Actively working and current with industry trends and best practices.

Professional Credentials

  • Current RESA® member in good standing at the level of RESA-PRO® or RESA® Accredited Business™.
The Application Process
  • Submit Your Application Fee: $279 annual participation fee (supports tools and visibility).
  • Complete the Mentor Profile Form: Tell us your experience, availability, and style (Typeform).
  • Application Review: RESA® CEO Shell Brodnax reviews each application; approved applicants receive next steps.
  • Prepare & Test: Receive the RESA® Mentor E-Book and take the designation test to become a RESA® Approved Mentor™.
