RESA® REALTOR® of the Year™

The RESA® REALTOR® of the Year™ will be a REALTOR® that collaborates with professional stagers and fully endorses the staging profession.  RESA® will recognize six REALTORS® in six regions. Click to see what states are in each region.

 

Entry Fee: $0


Nomination Guidelines:

  • Both RESA® members and non-members may be nominated.
  • Last year's winners are not eligible to be nominated in the same category.
  • Last year's nominees and finalists are eligible.   
  • Nominees that are RESA® members who have had ethics disciplinary actions pending or taken in the last 2 years will be disqualified
  • Stagers may nominate their top REALTOR® clients.
  • Nominee must be a REALTOR® in good standing.

Nominees will submit a summary (using the criteria listed below) that highlights why they should be voted RESA® REALTOR® of the Year.  Submissions can be up to 2 pages and submitted as a PDF and should include:

  • How they think staging has increased their overall business
  • How staging has improved their listing presentation
  • How they work with professional stagers
  • Why they think staging is important when selling real estate


 

 

The entire RESA® membership will vote to determine the regional winners. The regional winners will then be voted on my RESA® leadership to determine the overall RESA® REALTOR® of the year.

 


Submissions:
Name your PDF with the name of your category and your region: EX: RESA® Staging REALTOR of the Year™ Region 3 Southern Send PDF to Shell@RESA-HQ.org no later than November, 15, 2011

 

Important Deadlines:


October 1, 2011- November 15, 2011 Nominations and Self Nominations Accepted
November 20, 2011 to November 30, 2011- Voting in all categories by entire RESA membership. 
December 5, 2011 to December 20, 2011 Judging in the Professional Stager and Rookie Stager Categories by the judging panel.

February 1, 2012 Winners Announced at the Awards Dinner and Ceremony at the RESA® International Staging Conference





All award winners will be announced January 31, to February 2, 2012 in Las Vegas at the RESA® Home Staging Convention.
