Yolanda has awarded millions of contracts on behalf of the agencies and served as a Small Business Liaison during her tenure under the Department of Justice/Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Small Business Office. She also served as DEA’s Transit Subsidy Coordinator for over 800 employees in the distribution of transit benefits. In addition, she served as Contracting Technical Representative for the Department of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) overseeing the contracting staff that supported all federal airport complaints. Yolanda started Tiera Interiors, LLC which is her own Interior Decorating business over 40 years ago serving the Washington, D.C. metro area and then in 2014, she obtained her real estate staging certification with Certified Staging Professional (CSP®) to becoming a certified Real Estate Expert Stager and has successfully staged over $117 million dollar properties.

During her membership with RESA® since 2015, she has served as VP of Membership in helping the RESA® Greater Capital Area Chapter grow tremendously during her tenure in 2019, and also appointed by her chapter as New Member Liaison to this day which she has successfully, mentored those new members with guidance on being active and engaged members, introducing training for certification with RESA® Accredited Home Staging Education Providers and being a mentor to the members. Yolanda has served as RESA®’s Chair of Volunteers for RESACON Conferences in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022. In 2020 she was approved by the RESA® Board of Directors with the title of RESA® Ambassador and still holds that title today. The purpose of RESA® Ambassador is to reach out to expired members and encourage renewal of members and provide resources for training by RESA® Accredited Home Staging Education Providers, and to connect with a local chapter and to just be a voice for the members.

Yolanda was appointed to the RESA® National Board of Directors in January 2023, and will serve a term of 3 years in this role. She also is an approved CSP Mentor and brings a wealth of experience to new CSP stagers, and to the RESA® Membership. Yolanda is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. which has a membership of over 350,000 initiated members with strong focus on Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service. She is an active member with her Washington DC Alumnae Chapter located in Washington, D.C. 

In her spare time, she is active with her church, and sings in the choir. She loves cooking, spending time with family and friends, and her frequent visits to her second home in Aruba.

Tori Toth is a renowned home stager and lifestyle authority, visibility consultant, trainer, YouTuber, blogger and international speaker whose clientele spans the globe. Her peers nominated her to be on the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA®) Board of Directors, as well as, recognized her for the fifth year in a row as one of RESA®’s Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging. She works with homeowners, real estate agents and brands helping to “set the stage at home, at work and in life.”

As co-author of the book Marketing for the Staging + Design Industry Tori shares her visibility expertise and is the creator of the new membership site Visible You Incubator™ and an online course called Video Visibility™ sharing her video marketing secrets and allowing small business owners, like home stagers, develop a comprehensive strategy to step outside their comfort zone build a marketing strategy and press “record.” She has been consulting home stagers with their online marketing efforts since 2014.

He is also a keynote speaker and a mentor for new stagers in Toronto helping them to navigate the business of home staging. Red was recently elected to serve on the National Board of Directors of the Real Estate Staging Association, the nation's largest non-profit trade association for home stagers and designers.

Lew has a passion for design and photography. he has been staging homes for over 8 years, using his talent and expertise to create inviting spaces that suit any style, budget, and market. He offers a range of services, including consultation, furniture rental, and accessory shopping.

He is also a member of the Professional Photographers Association (PPA) and has demonstrated unwavering commitment and leadership in various positions with RESA® including New England Chapter Treasurer and Massachusetts State President. Lew also has experience serving on other nonprofit boards. His willingness to step up and serve as a voice for the membership showcases his passion for advancing our industry.

Joké, is a Licensed Real Estate Instructor, an award-winning Home Stager, a serial entrepreneur, and an avid business process designer. She is passionate about the often overlooked, yet fascinating, world of behind-the-scenes mechanics. From streamlining team efforts to enhancing customer experiences, Joké has an infectious enthusiasm for the 'how things work’.

Joke was instrumental in developing content for and facilitating the proprietary Redfin home-buying classes during her time at Redfin as a Lead Agent. Her 11 years of experience as a Licensed Real Estate Broker has given her deep understanding of both the art and the psychology of marketing real estate, which she brings to her thriving company at Genesis Home Staging founded in 2018.

Joké grew up in Lagos, Nigeria where she was surrounded by role models like her hard-working parents. Joké's work ethic was shaped by the unspoken culture of community and growth mindset. Her multifaceted career spans Business Administration, Human Resources, Graphic/Web Design, entrepreneurship, and Real Estate. She loves spending time with family and friends doing ordinary everyday things

Leah understands the importance of creating strong relationships with her clients and vendor partners and knows that true success is in how her clients feel at the end of a project.

Leah has been involved in RESA® since 2019 serving on her local board for three years, earning Chapter of the Year during her term as President. She also served as the first State President of MN and recently elected by her peers to the National Board of RESA®. Leah has also been recognized as one of the staging industry’s Most Influential People.

When not working with her clients, Leah loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys traveling, being active outdoors, home projects and trying new recipes.

After spending nearly three decades working in Data Management, Change Management and Communications for a large Energy Company, Ellen made the move to Real Estate Staging. Since opening Chrysalis Creative Home Staging Inc. in 2015, she has been involved in the successful stale of over 1000 properties.  

Ellen recognizes how important professionalism is when it comes to running a business. She understands her professional relationships depend on her ability to connect heart to heart with her clients, while arming them with the information they need to market their properties effectively.

Since starting her business, Ellen has been recognized by RESA as being among the top 10 Canadian staging companies in Vacant Staging, Luxury Vacant Staging and Occupied Staging. She even took home the overall win for Canadian Occupied Stagers in 2021. She has been named among the staging industry’s most influential people since 2019 and this year was nominated for the prestigious Kathy Neilson Spirit Award, which celebrates both mentorship and leadership. Ellen now serves on the RESA Board of Directors.
