Shell is very passionate about women supporting other women in life and business. She is an advocate for sisterhood. Shell lives in Columbus, NC with her husband Chris, their Schnoodle Paisley, and her two horses Brick and Boo. Shell and Chris own a 23-acre horse farm called Sisterhood Stables.


Shell works closely with the RESA® Board of Directors to formulate and implement the strategic plan that guides the direction of the organization. She evaluates the success of projects and programs and makes adjustments when needed. Shell represents RESA® for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the staging and real estate industry. She explores external opportunities and develops relationships that align with the overall goals of the organization. Shell demonstrates the leadership necessary to make RESA®'s mission a success. This leadership includes providing leadership vision, leadership that attracts followers, and all other aspects of successful leadership. As CEO, she reports to the Board of Directors.

Gina got her start in the home staging industry back in 2005 when current RESA® CEO, Shell Brodnax, convinced her to 'Just come have lunch; we'll have Taco Bell'. Don't judge! Gina has always had a passion for real estate, construction, and decorating, and since that first day has held many positions that have allowed her to serve and better the industry. Most precious to her was her experience working very closely with CEO, Barb Schwarz, credited with putting the home staging industry on the map.


Gina is responsible for helping RESA® achieve its goals and objectives. She communicates, and implements RESA®'s vision, mission, and overall direction to staff and volunteer leadership. She identifies and implements resources for leadership development. She provides oversight of staff and the volunteer leadership with day-to-day operations and evaluates for productivity, solving internal issues as they arise. She also evaluates the success of projects and programs and makes adjustments when needed. As Vice President of Operations, she reports to the CEO.

Felicia Pulley is a Well-versed professional with over 15 years of experience in marketing, video production, website development, and the home staging industry. She currently serves as the Creative Director for the Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®) where she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's marketing, advertising, social media messaging, and communication strategy.



Felicia's passion for the industry and her ability to understand the consumers' needs has contributed to her being named one of the most influential people in real estate staging by her peers. She studied production design and video editing at the Academy of Arts in San Francisco, after discovering her passion for visual storytelling in High School.


Felicia is also instrumental in the production of various RESA® events and initiatives, including the Stager Talk Podcast, RESA® Professional Development webinars and the Conversations and Q&A live webinar series. As the producer of these series, she schedules and finds guests in the industry to participate, develops the content calendar, and guides the creative direction of each series. She also produces and edits the content to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for attendees. Through her efforts, Felicia continues to drive RESA's commitment to providing high-quality education and resources to its members.


In her free time, Felicia enjoys exploring her new home in Nevada, capturing the beauty of nature through photography, and spending time with her husband. She also enjoys cooking while listening to her favorite podcasts. Felicia's diverse skill set, coupled with her creativity and dedication, make her an invaluable asset to RESA® and the home staging industry.

Joanna is new to the Home Staging industry and comes to us from the beauty industry. She was raised in Oahu, Hawaii and a small farm town called Dixon, CA, which has made her a professional when it comes to adapting to different environments. 


Joanna creates marketing, advertising, and social media messaging for the purpose of conveying the organization's mission, vision and value, educating consumers, attracting new members, highlighting member accomplishments, providing content for real estate agents, and promoting strategic partners. As the RESA® Marketing Assistant, she reports to the Creative Director.

Yolanda Tiera Tillman aka “Yo” is a retired federal government employee who brings knowledge and experiences from the Department of Navy, Department of Justice, and Department of Homeland Security with an extensive background in Acquisition Management for over 35 years.

Yolanda has awarded millions of contracts on behalf of the agencies and served as a Small Business Liaison during her tenure under the Department of Justice/Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Small Business Office. She also served as DEA’s Transit Subsidy Coordinator for over 800 employees in the distribution of transit benefits. In addition, she served as Contracting Technical Representative for the Department of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) overseeing the contracting staff that supported all federal airport complaints. Yolanda started Tiera Interiors, LLC which is her own Interior Decorating business over 40 years ago serving the Washington, D.C. metro area and then in 2014, she obtained her real estate staging certification with Certified Staging Professional (CSP®) to becoming a certified Real Estate Expert Stager and has successfully staged over $117 million dollar properties.


During her membership with RESA® since 2015, she has served as VP of Membership in helping the RESA® Greater Capital Area Chapter grow tremendously during her tenure in 2019, and also appointed by her chapter as New Member Liaison to this day which she has successfully, mentored those new members with guidance on being active and engaged members, introducing training for certification with RESA® Accredited Home Staging Education Providers and being a mentor to the members. Yolanda has served as RESA®’s Chair of Volunteers for RESACON Conferences in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022. In 2020 she was approved by the RESA® Board of Directors with the title of RESA® Ambassador and still holds that title today. The purpose of RESA® Ambassador is to reach out to expired members and encourage renewal of members and provide resources for training by RESA® Accredited Home Staging Education Providers, and to connect with a local chapter and to just be a voice for the members.


Yolanda was appointed to the RESA® National Board of Directors in January 2023, and will serve a term of 3 years in this role. She also is an approved CSP Mentor and brings a wealth of experience to new CSP stagers, and to the RESA® Membership. Yolanda is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. which has a membership of over 350,000 initiated members with strong focus on Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service. She is an active member with her Washington DC Alumnae Chapter located in Washington, D.C. 


In her spare time, she is active with her church, and sings in the choir. She loves cooking, spending time with family and friends, and her frequent visits to her second home in Aruba.

Joké grew up in Lagos, Nigeria where she was surrounded by role models like her hard-working parents. Joké's work ethic was shaped by the unspoken culture of community and growth mindset. After spending nearly three decades working in Data Management, Change Management and Communications for a large Energy Company, Ellen made the move to Real Estate Staging. Since opening Chrysalis Creative Home Staging Inc. in 2015, she has been involved in the successful stale of over 1000 properties.  


Ellen recognizes how important professionalism is when it comes to running a business. She understands her professional relationships depend on her ability to connect heart to heart with her clients, while arming them with the information they need to market their properties effectively.


Since starting her business, Ellen has been recognized by RESA as being among the top 10 Canadian staging companies in Vacant Staging, Luxury Vacant Staging and Occupied Staging. She even took home the overall win for Canadian Occupied Stagers in 2021. She has been named among the staging industry’s most influential people since 2019 and this year was nominated for the prestigious Kathy Neilson Spirit Award, which celebrates both mentorship and leadership. Ellen now serves on the RESA Board of Directors. 


When not working, Ellen spends time creating art, cooking and hanging out with her husband Rob and their two Irish Wolfhounds exploring the beauty Vancouver Island has to offer.
