Hi, I'm Melissa Berger.
 
I began my career in college as a design assistant for a department store.  Everything from floor grids and space planning, color coordinating and organizing displays as well as setting up seasonal decor for holidays.  
After graduation, my husband and I  started out with a modest budget and purchased our first "fixer upper."  With a few frugal cosmetic changes and simple furniture placement, we sold for a profit.
We continued this pace and successfully sold a home  within 60 days during the 2008 market crash.  
I received my Texas Real Estate license in 2011 and began working as an assistant to learn the ropes; MLS entry, CRM management, and marketing. 
I soon realized selling a house is more than numbers and location.
