Hello,
My name is Karen Hunter, owner of Staging Magic.
From tiny apartments to luxury estates, I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of homeowners and their properties and re-inventing them into something new.
I love what I do and I am very passionate about my work. While working on your project, your property will become my #1 priority.
Being a stager requires a strong sense of knowledge in design, the real estate market and buyer demographics as well as having the ability to communicate with the homeowner and the home they have loved.
I enjoy meeting and interacting with new people and always like to make them feel comfortable. I understand selling your home can be a stressful process and I will assure you, I will help you through it as seamlessly as possible. I provide my valued clients with quality service while delivering beautiful results.
My design style is a transitional, contemporary feeling reflective of today’s millennium buyer.
I have been extensively trained and certified by Home Staging Resource, the most comprehensive and recognized home staging certification in the USA, accredited by the Real Estate Staging Association; the only third-party governing organization for the home staging industry.
I am a proud member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA)
both National and the Nassau Long Island Chapter, where I have the honor of serving as Vice President. I am also a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Re-designers (ASHSR),
For the past five years, I have been awarded Best of HOUZZ,
The #1 online platform for the design industry.
As your stager, I will skillfully incorporate my methods and knowledge to provide the property with a WOW factor that will capture and engage buyers and get it SOLD!
Whether it’s a buyers or sellers market…Let me show you how a little bit of my Staging Magic can help you!
You only get one chance to make a First Impression!
I would love the opportunity to speak to you about your property…
