Membership Pricing Reminder

The rates listed are introductory rates for new RESA® members.

As long as you renew your membership early or on time, you will keep this same rate for future renewals.

If your membership expires, a reinstatement fee will be required to reactivate your membership, and the renewal rate may be adjusted based on current pricing.

We encourage you to renew on time to keep your rate and avoid any additional fees!

The RESA-PRO® designation elevates the credibility of professional stagers, emphasizing higher ethical standards and practices. This membership is accessible to individuals who own or work for home staging businesses, as well as interior designers and decorators offering staging services, particularly those who operate with business insurance and contracts.

 

RESA-PRO® designees:

 

Are eligible to apply as a RESA® Approved Instructor, teaching the RESA® MCE Program, Staging to Sell, What Every Agent Should Know to real estate agents. 

 

To obtain the RESA-PRO® designation, you must meet these mandatory requirements:

 

1.Certify your business is formally organized as either a Sole Proprietor  Business License, LLC, CORP, or Legal Partnership.

2. Certify you carry a BOP (General Liability Policy) for your home staging business.

3. Certify you have a business checking account. 

 

 

If you are already a RESA® member and wish to upgrade to RESA-PRO®, please email Shell@resa-hq.org to convert your existing membership and begin the process of testing for RESA-PRO®. If you are a current member and are in the process of renewing you may renew as a RESA-PRO®.

Requirements To Apply as a RESA Accredited Staging Business:

  • Proof of Business Owners Policy- $2,000,000.00/$4,000,000.00 and Professional Liability $100,000.00 (Upload Rider)

  • Proof of Current Business Structure: Sole Proprietor Business License/LLC/CORP/Partnership (Upload document)

  • Proof of WC Insurance for w-2 employees. (If you have employees) (Upload document and have a NA Option) 

  • Certify you  have a business checking account. (Check you certify)

  • Certify you use contracts with your clients. (Check you certify)

  • Certify no legal judgements or pending lawsuits for the staging business. (Check you certify)

  • Certify free from current RESA® Ethics Complaint Determinations (Check you certify)

  • Certify Privacy Policy on Website (Give URL)

  • Certify you have a refund and Credit Card Policy(Check you certify)

  • I agree that I follow my state's employment and labor law practices. Including but not limited to paying employees as a W-2 employee and not a 1099. (If you have employees) (Check you certify)

  • Certify that you abide by the RESA® Proof of Advertising Policy: Advertising and marketing of staging services must be truthful and honest. A business may not deceive potential clients with false or deceptive claims. (Check you certify)
