Growing up, Kim loved redesigning spaces in her home but never thought about a career in interior design. Instead went to college for her other passion, which was Fashion. She spent 9 years in the fashion industry, before staying home to raise her 2 sons. When they were in High School and Middle school she went back to work as the Market Development Manager for an appliance company where she worked directly with kitchen designers, and also staged all of the company's kitchen vignettes & showrooms. In 2022 while working on 2 extensive bathroom remodels in her home, she realized her passion for design and after losing her youngest son later that year, decided to pursue her passion for design & home staging. In 2023, Kim started KISS Designs.
