Minol Shamreen is the Founder & Creative Director of Studio M Designs – the award winning Home Staging & Interior Design firm serving the Greater Austin Metro area in Texas.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & over 15 years in the design industry, she provides excellence in the staging & styling services she offers. 

Minol is a Certified Professional Home Stager and is the 2020 Texas State President for RESA ( Real Estate Staging Association ). She has served as the 2019 President for RESA Austin Central TX Chapter & been on their excecutive board for 4 years.  Her customized home staging solutions, whether it’s a 600 sq.ft. downtown condo or a 7000 sq.ft. Texas ranch home, have consistently aided in Faster Sales & brought in Top Dollar.

She was awarded the RESA Top 10 Professional Stager of the Year 2020 award... And her company was awarded ' Best of Houzz ' for Customer Service & Client Satisfaction in 2017, 2018 , 2019 & 2020.

The mantra she follows as an Interior Stylist is that a client’s home should be an expression of who they are. The inspiration for her design projects typically stem from the client’s wish-list & desires … because she believes that it is their story that she brings to life!

On a lighter note: She is a self-proclaimed HGTV addict, her favorite hobby is baking desserts, and she loves traveling with her family.
