With the property sitting vacant and feeling sterile, Alisa used targeted buyer profiling, warm fall-inspired textiles, and strategic furniture placement to turn the space into a “crisp fall oasis” that buyers could immediately connect with.
Her thoughtful approach — from designing a cozy window-side reading nook to highlighting the room’s sweeping backyard views — created intentional moments that encouraged potential buyers to linger.
